Harwood Graduate Colloquium: Economic Freedom & the Environment | Thursday, 01. October 2020

Join AIER for the October 2020 Harwood Graduate Colloquium. This colloquium will be held on October 1-4, 2020 at AIER's campus in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. The topic is Economic Freedom and the Environment, hosted by Alison Grant.

More about the Harwood Graduate Colloquia:

These four-day events in the spring and summer are intended for graduate students and consist of a combination of interactive discussions and provocative lectures based on pre-assigned readings. Participants are given ample time to interact with each other and prominent scholars. Topics vary by year and may include: Alternative Governance, Monetary Policy, Economic Freedom, The Business Cycle, Economic Methodology, and Property Rights.

In 2020, we will host five Harwood Graduate Colloquia on AIER's campus in Great Barrington, MA. The dates and topics are as follows:

March 1st - 5th: Introduction to Economic Freedom and Monetary Policy, hosted by Phil Magness

May 24th - 27th: Sound Money, hosted by Will Luther

June 15th - 18th: Methodology, Markets, and Government

September 17th - 20th: The Business Cycle and Capital Markets, hosted by Pete Earle

October 1st - 4th: Economic Freedom and the Environment, hosted by Max Gulker
