It’s on: The Spartan Virtual Challenge: Body weight edition. Whether you’re looking to get off the couch or take your fitness to the next level, the Spartan Virtual Challenge is for you.

You can complete this challenge anywhere you want to test your strength, agility and mental grit. Compete against yourself and other Spartans to see how you stack up. The challenge will take place from March 10th - March 18th, 2018.

4 BODY WEIGHT MOVEMENTS | 4 ROUNDS.

The Challenge:

Do 30 Air Squats

Do 30 Burpees

Do 30 Lunges (15 each side)

Do 30 Russian Twists (15 each side)

Repeat 3 more times (total of 4 rounds)

How to Commit:

Step 1: Click the link within the event page

Step 2: Complete the challenge and submit your time between 3/10 and 3/18 (complete the challenge in front of a Spartan SGX coach for submit a video to YouTube). The top 3 male and top 3 female finishers will earn a free entry to a 2018 Spartan Race.

Step 3: Submit your time, stats and shipping info before 3/18 (we’ll send you the form)

Step 4: See where you rank: results to be posted to see how you stack up to the competition

Step 5: Your finisher dog tag will arrive in the mail
