Kathy Jankowski helps people and communities flourish through attention training, breathwork, cultivating soft skills, and applying the Enneagram. She integrates evidence-based practices for stress management, trauma resolution, and resilience into innovative workshops, transformational coaching, and sustainable organizational development. Kathy is an Elixir Light-trained Qigong teacher in the Shaolin tradition and a Level 3-certified breath coach. She has shared the positive effects of awareness practices and conscious breathing with thousands of people of all ages in numerous settings: leadership teams, workforce development programs, association and nonprofit staff; within hospitals, schools, and low-income housing communities; and with teachers, veterans, children and families, teens, nurses, health and wellness providers, and cancer survivors.
